You don’t need products or special gadgets to practice MindTouch, just your hands and plenty of good intentions.
You can practice MindTouch on a massage table or over a soft surface on the floor, dressed with confortable clothing.
After the first workshop you´ll be able to apply MindTouch straight away and with immediate results.
